This is a really fun pub with great food and drinks! We had the Reuben sandwich and chips. It was really good!! We will definitely be back! There's a lot of seating and tons of TVs to view all the games!

My son chose The Derbyshire for our family celebration after his high school graduation, mainly because he wanted fish and chips. We were not disappointed! We started with the whipped goat cheese (my choice) and the fried cheese (my son's choice). Both were amazing. My sister has a gluten allergy, so the staff thoughtfully provided both vegetables and pita with the goat cheese. The fried cheese was far from your run-of-the-mill mozzarella sticks—it was perfectly seasoned, crispy on the outside, melty on the inside, and served with both ranch and marinara. My husband and sister ordered the bangers and mash. My husband raved about his meal, which is high praise considering he's actually British and insists it's difficult to find good bangers and mash here in Texas. And the fish and chips—OMG! Crispy breading, flaky, perfectly cooked fish, and amazing chips. We've tried fish and chips at many restaurants, and while most are good, The Derbyshire has the best fish and chips this side of the Atlantic! Our server—I'm sorry I can't remember his name—was new. In fact, I think we may have been his first table on his own. If so, you'd never have known it. He was friendly, attentive, and did a

The sandwiches are good, but they are a bit overpriced — $19 for a sandwich. One of the sandwiches came with fries, but the box was bigger than the actual portion inside. The fries that came with the Guinness Mushroom and Steak Sandwich were actually better than the sandwich itself. However, the King’s Club Sandwich was much better. The service was disappointing. The staff attended us with a bad attitude; the man helping us seemed annoyed. I went with my mom and my dog since we live nearby in Frisco Square. We walked because there was snow and we didn’t want to drive. It was the only place open, and we had been wanting to try it for a while, so we decided to give it a chance. The sign outside clearly states that only service dogs are allowed, and if we decided to go in, it’s because our dog is one. The man (who I assume is the owner or manager) repeated that only service dogs were allowed. It’s worth noting that my dog has a stroller that we usually use when entering restaurants, but since it was snowing and we were walking, I obviously wasn’t going to bring it with me. We also decided to go in after we were already there. In the end, we ordered to go because we didn’t like the at

Loved the place. They expanded seating to the outside sorta temporary looking but it really opens things up. Lots of TVs for sports viewing. Smithwick's red ale was really good. Sweet malty taste mild hops. We had chicken sandwich better described as a chicken parm sandwich really good. Scottish eggs and Irish Pretzels delicious appetizers. The Guiness steak and mushroom onion sandwich was good but you need to like the taste of Guiness. O For the sides the very unique chip fries are a great addition. Although there are many unique "English" items on the menu what I'd like to see would have been a Cornish Pasty.
